Returning your product because you've changed your mind
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or have changed your mind please follow the terms listed below. Please contact customer service at email@example.com with your order number and details, and once approved please return your order unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. Please note at this time returns may take slightly longer than usual.
During Covid-19 please contact us for the best return address.
For online and telephone purchases within the UK, we are not liable for the return postage unless the product is faulty.
Returning a faulty item
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please return product in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it (having notified us within 14 days).
By original condition we mean:
- you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in great condition and the product can be resold at full price
- you haven’t used the product
Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days of purchase
- Ordinarily if you have your receipt or order confirmation, we'll refund the original method you’ve used to purchase. For Gift Cards, we’ll refund to online credit.
- For online or telephone purchases, if you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items, not the postage.
- Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
- This does not affect your statutory rights
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We only process returns, and exchanges of products purchased on obaguk.co.uk If your product was bought from another retailer please return directly to that store.
- It is not our responsibility to check the suitability and compatibility of products you have ordered. It is your responsibility to ensure you have ordered the correct components for your products. If you have ordered incorrect products you will have to pay the return delivery/shipping charge yourself. If a suitable replacement product is then to be sent to you, you will need to pay another delivery charge and any additional payment if the price of replacement product is higher than the returned product.
- Due to the nature of the colouring process of some of the product materials used, actual product colours may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website. Due to the nature of the materials, moulding is not precise therefore some products may have slightly rough edges, texture variances, surface anomalies and mould remnants, these are not product faults.
- When returning an order it is important that you use all the original packaging or similar, as bag bodies and watches must be returned in a cardboard box to protect them during return delivery. If items are damaged in return delivery we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
- If the item has clearly been used or is damaged from wear and tear we cannot provide an exchange or refund.
- If returning a watch strap please do not also send back the dial and in reverse. If returning a bag handle do not also send back the bag body or accessories and in reverse.
- We do not arrange return delivery to us for you, you need to return the purchase yourself at your own expense. Please send returned items back to us using 2nd class recorded mail. If the item is confirmed as faulty we will refund the postage paid.
- Once we have approved a return, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of us telling you to return the item(s).
- In the case of a refund (rather than an exchange), we are not obliged to refund the delivery fee that we charged you (if any was charged),if you chose an optional and higher-cost 'Express Delivery' charge this will not be refunded.
- Refunds can only be made via the original payment method and details.
